In my SSR book "The Underdogs" by Mike Lupica, Mike Lupica uses foreshadowing. At the beginning of the book the main character Will meets a new girl named Hannah. Hannah is very cocky and wants to play football on Wills team, so she tries to prove herself to the best player in the grade Will. Hannah goes away in the story for a while, but once Will Tylers new team is created she is reintroduced, and gets to play on Wills team. This is foreshadowing because Hannah talks about playing football, but she never gets permission to play because she's a girl. She then comes back and Will lets her play on the team, and I could kinda tell when they were first talking that she was eventually gonna play. It's foreshadowing because Mike Lupica introduces her at the beginning and now she is back and playing on the team.

A benefit of using ePortfolio is that it helps students understand what the work they are doing is helping with. The ePortfolio is connected to people all over the world and people from Universities could be looking at it. A challenge I have with ePortfolio is that it's hard to believe that anyone is really looking at it. I struggle with wanting to put new artifacts in because it's too much work for no good cause. ePortfolios could be beneficial to my academic career because I could show my work and my skills to professionals.m It could help me get into a good college. I would improve my ePortfolio by adding more artifacts to make it better. I have learned and developed critical thinking, and social responsibility by using and making my ePortfolio. Doing work and then explaining how it helped develop something really helps me understand what doing that work did for me.
